2005-2009 S197 Coyote Swap

Since this is my first thread, i should tell you im new at this but im trying anyway, i am looking to collect some sort of a parts list to swap a coyote from a f150 or a mustang into mine! mine is a 2006 v6 tungsten grey with only a ford racing dual exaust, i got the car for practically nothing, and i am NOT looking to trade it for a new one so bite your tongues plz! but like i said id love to know what i might need other than an engine, transmission, and the ford racing control pack, if anyway could tell me about some of the major obstacles or point me toward someone who could help me make this a reality thatd be great!

Also, i have all the suspension and brakes off of a shelby gt500 to put on mine, i got everything out of a local junkyard scrapping it, calipers p, sway bars and the complete suspension setup for 200$!!!!! i know ill need larger wheels to fit the brakes behind them and a new rear end, i was thinking a rear end from any 11+ stang, i have access to most of the large late model scrapyards in the new england area so finding parts of existing cars should be cheap and easy so if anyone could chime in!

I have a reasonably complete parts list for putting a Coyote into a 2011+ V6. It should be pretty close to the same for an earlier S197. The list below also includes the cost of swapping the auto trans to a manual.

Coyote Swap into 2012 V6

In the interest of completeness, I also have a parts list for putting a 351w stroker into a S197 (again, it includes the cost of a manual trans).
