Big Shot Dyno NE Ohio

Well I dropped off my baby a 2005 GT with Auto to Big Shot Dyno a week ago.

I decided to go with a few changes; 3.73 gears UMI L+UCA, 3k TCI
JTL CAI, PaceSetter LT Headers, H-Pipe, FRPP Cams, Bama Tune

Even though I live close to Summit I (well Santa) purchased all of my
parts from American Muscle and Brenspeed. Since they were the ones supporting and advising, I figured they get my money.

First Fire she came right to life

I am going up to pick her up today after a few dyno pulls

BigShot Dyno Keith is awesome! I will update everyone how it goes!

Well Keith and his dad are really great people!

She laid down 346@6500
We started with a Bama tune and adjusted from there

Thanks to all the data on here and me reading for months and months!

The car is a blast to drive!! No drive ability at all

The Pace setter Headers fit like a glove (the gaskets and bolts got thrown out!)
I will have a full parts review later this evening!

Ok Here goes,

I bought the car last year with 20k on the clock, this is one of my dream cars 2005 Black GT. So being an ol gear head from the 80's I can't leave her stock, so I started reading EVERYTHING. I have read almost every post good bad and indifferent on the blogs, boards, service bulletin's ect.

The Pace setter headers and H-Pipe are awesome fitment everything! I went with armor coat and the matching H-Pipe the gaskets and bolts went in the trash. I used the locking bolts from stage 8 and steel Ford Gaskets. The connector clamps are junk too, get the strap clamps.

JLT Cold air intake great install! the vacuum line for the passenger side is just ugly they need to fix that period! (300 + Bucks make a nice line!)

Ford Racing Cam covers in Black look and fit great! Hey its a Ford part!

Ford Hot Rod Cams well I have read all about "they are just a sound cam"
I am old school and 280/290 490 lift makes HP in a small block maybe not as
drastic of a change but they run! My selection was easy Drive-ability!
and supporting the home team Ford, nothing against brenspeed detroit rockers
but its a competition cam product.

If you want a cam that sounds good and keeps drive ability and is a nice boost
up top I love em

TCI- Converter 3k - I was never happy with the car off idle and 93 tune made it worse! The converter need to be done! The car behaves and drives just like a stock converter does till you nail her then it wakes up the girl nicely.

3.73s should have been the stock gear not just in the bullet cars

Lower control arms LOOK awesome and tighten up the rear you do get
some road noise with them but they help you hook more important no risk
in wheel hop.

Ok, well I called around looking for professional installers, I read the install manual and watched youtube videos and also watched an install shop install cams with a pair of vice grips. So I decided I wanted one shop to complete it all. Most shops I spoke with did not want to do the headers period.

I found a few one shop that I really liked, and it was Big Shots DYNO
Great guys quality work and put up with all my questions! One week, I ended
up with a mild mannered beast when it comes to drive-ability and a HONDA eating Camaro smokin monster!

I recommend all the parts

Special thanks to Ford Racing Direct, American Muscle, Bama tunes, and Breenspeed great customer support!

I highly recommend Big Shot Dyno!
