setting time clock

I know this may sound like a stupid question but when i did the advance search i didnt find a answer which brings me here.... How do i set the time on the dash >:0

Going through the menus with the "menu" button and look for "hour" and "minutes" don't click past them and when your where it says either hour or minutes use the up or down arrows to go up or down numerically

...it's a stop watch, not a clock. You can start and stop it with reset, I thought you meant on the radio. To start counting up just click reset once I believe and to reset it hold the reset button for a few seconds
