Weird noise? or normal?

Hello everyone, so i have a 2009 GT, and this is my first manual car. When i first got it, i noticed that if im cruising in 4th or 5th gear at relatively lowish speeds, as in like 35-40 in 5th gear or 20-30 in 4th gear, having rpms somewhat low, and i give it gas, i hear like a rattling or some sort of vibration of something coming from the back or atleast under the car, i honestly cant explain it. Almost like the drive shaft is turning, but slowly and really loud, and if i do it hard, it kicks fairly hard. I figured it doesn't just cut loose and shoo the rpms up, so i think my clutch is fine. So i figured it was normal because of the lowish speeds i was driving at with low rpms. But anyways, iv been reading forums and now i wonder if this is normal or not?

Thanks!

Aftermarket exhaust? Or stock?

Check exhaust hangers. I wrapped mine in rubber tubing because they were rattling/banging weird noise against the frame.

Could be your CV joint on the drive shaft.

Or simply because he is too low of a speed for the gear. In ANY manual car, if you are in 5th at 30 MPH the car will vibrate and gradually smooth out when it reaches a more suitable speed.

In generally, you should be in a lower gear by at least 1 on each of your examploes, OP.

Remember, I am obviously not there to know if that is sound you are describing, just a guess based on your description.
