How to get my DRL working again.

I was wondering how I can get my DRL working again. I've mentioned before that I've bought my Mustang used and I'm finding a few things here and there thats not working. I'm in the process of either getting these issues working again or just forgetting about them all together. My headlights and fog lights work when I turn them on. Just the DRL don't work. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue.

To my knowledge the 05-09 cars do not have DRL.

The Mustangs do have DRL. You have to get your Ford dealer to turn them on by reprogramming the computer.

Never had a Mustang with DRL. Just turn them on manually.

If you can show me proof I'll accept it but I didn't see DRL appear in the Mustangs until 2010 at least with the facelift. The 05-09 cars need a splice in module to turn the amber turn signals into DRL.

Bought my 06 GT in Conrad Montana. Needed DRL to bring car to Canada. Took car back to Conrad (Courtesy Ford) with my Canadian Import form with Number on the top which Ford needed as authorization. They hooked ODB port up to the computer, telephoned the Ford Hotline which talked them through the programming and they turned the DRL's on. Watched it myself. Here's my invoice from way back then. Because I had proof it was exported to Canada Ford required my Canadian import number before they would do it. The DRLs are actually a lower intensity of the low beam of the headlights, not the amber signal lights. I wasn't about to go to Canadian Tire and buy some abortion module to stick in the engine compartment and start splicing into wires.
Absolutely no reason for me to make this up.
BTW saved myself $ 5500.00 by buying the car in Montana.
