Solid list of mods! What mid-pipe are you running? From what it looks like, you're still using the stock one? A high-flow catted or O/R mid-pipe would help pick up a decent amount of power.

What gears are you running in the rear? There could be some potential there for you too.

When I got the car it had an intake and headers not sure if the previous owner put 3.73 but it feels like it from the pulls I've done so far

You can always check the gear ratio by marking the driveshaft and spinning the rear wheel one full rotation. Count how many times the driveshaft spins and you'll roughly know what gears the car has.

Are you still using the factory mid-pipe with the stock cats?

Ford racing or boss intake manifold or some Charge motion plates. Nitrous.

No sweat! Did you get a chance to check your gear ratio this weekend? If so, what gears do you have?

I definitely suggest upgrading the catalytic converters to either High-Flow cats or an O/R mid-pipe. Either will give you a good bit of power over the restrictive stock catalytic convertors.
