Bassani or borla?

Right now I have pypebombs on my car. I love the sound but the drone is getting unbearable after 2 years. So my question is which axle back is better? The bassani or borla stinger s. I'd really like something that's just as loud but without the drone. Thanks

I cant speak for the Bassani's but he Borla Stingers are great! I had Pypes Violators before the Borla stingers and the Violators had some drone, most of that if not all is now gone.

New to the forum, but I have the borla atak cat back system. I was very impressed with the very small amount of drone. Much better than a magnaflow Axel back. I put an off road h pipe on after that and there is no drone at all and Im very happy with it

Borlas easily!! No drone on my s-types.

Bassani sounds good but definitely won't be as loud from what I've heard.

Ok thanks now I'll have to try and find some used borlas so I don't have to pay $600 for just mufflers lol

If you're not so much worried about performance as you are sound grab an o/r h or x pipe for $150 and worry about the more expensive components later

I just went through the same thing on my 07gt/cs this past week. Had O/R Roush axlebacks and after 2 years of drone, I had to make the change. Found a set of FRPP GTA axlebacks (Shelby GT takeoffs) on craigslist for $125. Definitely quieter, but no drone and has a nice tone when you get on it. Looking to buy the FR500s' but couldn't pony up the $500+... Good luck on your search...

Always heard that Borla would never be a bad choice. Personally, I also have the Roush off roads and I love 'em! Drone and all.
