Transmission solenoid bad? (I need serious HELP!)

I have an 06 GT Auto, after I changed my transmission filter and fluid (not a flush),my car started jerking. What happens is : I will come to a stop at a light, when I get ready to go,I take my foot off the brake but the car doe not move,I rev it once a little,nothing,twice....nothing then a split second later it jerks hard into gear, the wheels chirp!!
At first it did it when it was cold only, now,it does it every other day anytime. It seems to be getting a little worse now because it will hesitate sometimes when I turn at a corner and accelerate. I've changed the fluid again and the filter,I even tried the transmission slip by Lucas but no change...
Someone told me it could the TCC solenoid?? Any ideas?? At this point I will just drive it until it breaks because no one knows for sure and I'm not spending anymore money on guesses!
Thanks guys....

In ur car there it should b a 5r55s not my fav trans but owell lol, check ur fluid and make sure its full should b hot and running in neutral n steady pour from the fill hole on the drain plug t30, if it is full... Let it get warm and go from park to drive wait then go to reverse, try going back and forth from reverse to drive does it slam into gear or bump kinda hard if yes then its ur electronic solenoid body is bad happens to 8/10 5r55s in explorers and mustangs usually between 60-100k if ur having shifting probs while actually driving in higher gears or slamming between shift the its more then likely the planetary coming apart

Ok so I looked up the solenoid for the transmission,I found the transmission solenoid as it's called and a TCC (torque Converter Clutch solenoid). So,are there 2 different ones or it's the same thing?? If there are different, which one is responsible for my problem??
