2005 4 gauge cluster upgrade to 6 gauge

I heard you can change it yourself, forums said u need to get it tested and tuned and all these extra stuff. Any help?

The extra 2 stock gauges oil temp, battery volt are dummy gauges if your talking about what came on the premium coupes wouldnt even worth your time better to go with external autometer gauges

I swapped went fine no programming, made sure it was a manual trans for mine.. now I have my color guages

I'm finally getting my car back tomororw ima pop out the 3 dummy buttons and if there's a wire I can attach that wire to the 3 button swap and insert the cluster and it should work.. We'll that's what I heard..

I swapped them on my V6 because I wanted the mycolor option. All you have to do is check if you have wires behind the dummy plate.

If so, a switch is possible. Try to get the same year as your car.
