GT wont start ???

So I put new carpet in my 05 GT the other day and while I had it apart I noticed a SPIDER WEB of wiring hanging from the consol / radio area , so I pulled it out and it had a relay wired in line into the stereo plug ( aftermarket ) I tried to figure out what in the hell it was for ??? , it made no sense at all , 1 wire went to the Amp On ,another to power and the other to a black wire in the back somewhere ( witch i NOW CANT FIND ) anyway I remved said mess as it seemed to serve NO purpose , Now I have NO spark , WTF
I CHECKED ALL fuses and relays , everything is good to go , I'm assuming this is the remnants of an aftermarket kill swtich , but where it was wired made no sense
i'm really confused ,if I could find the black wire I would just wire it back in , but like I said it made no sense ???? theres nothing going to the ECM or steering column where you would think a KIll switch would go , and it was wired into the radio harness ????
I'm at a loss

so far I figured out there used to be an alarm system in the car that was removed , and that mess was a rig up to bypass the system they took out
i just need to find that trigger wire that I removed , uuugh

It's a bit tricky to offer feedback on a non-factory wiring job that ties/tied into alarms, radio, theft control and who knows what else. Glad you figured it out, because my suggestion was going to start with "Step 1 - Get a good multi-meter"....
