Replace timing chain??

I'm about to replace and install new timing chains. Just wanted to make sure I have all my ducks in a row concerning having everything I need to do the job right the first time. Please if you haven't physically installed new timing on a 3v 4.6 then don't respond!
Ok so far
New timing chains..
Rh and Lh timing chain tensioners,
Crankshaft bolt ,
Gaskets-
Engine front cover gasket,
Crankshaft front oil seal
Black gasket maker.

That's my parts list. Anything I'm missing? Do I have to remove my heads? New head gaskets? I read somewhere I need a valve spring compressor tool? Do I really need to remove 3 valve steams from each head? Seems like a little much. Anyways thanks for anyone's input on this..

I had to replace a VCT cam sprocket, the clock spring broke. You might consider replacing those since you're already in there. Im not sure what their life is supposed to be. If you do, then you definitely need the phaser bolts, if you just remove them, you'll need new bolts too.
