He's not in the tuning world any more.
91 just exhaust KB & tune 450 to the ground.
I was running heads up with stock suspension mostly driver error I didn't have enough seat time but I sold it a couple weeks ago.

I don't know the OP asked what he could do to keep up with some Z06's and it turned into an argument about 3v's sucking but I enjoy mine and I'm sure I fair pretty good against z06's just tried to give my advice

They don't suck. I had a supercharged 08.

They just take alot of work to keep up with a c6 z06.

Not bc one driver can't drive, I'm talking about both cars hooking etc.
Been down this road, trying to tell you guys the truth. Take if you want if not then ok

Don't know where all the 3 valve hate comes from.
When compared to the 4 valve 4.6 the 3 valve does make better power not a top number but in the mid range the stock internals do suck.
Can't compare to a coyote that is stronger internals more displacement and higher compression.

The stock Coyote Internals are nothing spectacular either. The cute little rods are hilarious, and the junk *** pistons.

My 3V made high 430 ' s.
And got dusted by bolton 5.0's all day. A 500hp 3v will run neck and neck with a 420 hp 5.0 all day long

Boss 302 pcm software, helped a lot with the tube 8,000 redline
Makes 450 on motor.
650 on a 200 shot ( old nitrous kit is off the car though )

Next will be mmr stage 3 NA cams, vct/ phaser dellete, and installing lockouts, then the new 2 stage direct port.

Why the 2.6 will be alot more efficient unless you plan on 18 psi plus then that's where the mammoth will take over
