Forge bottom block

Is it cheeper to buy a forged bottom block already? Or just buy the parts and pay for labor? Anyone her point me in the right direction, and the car will be turbo. Thanks

I think the cost may be relatively close, buying a pre assembled block or having yours forged. You may have to call around to some shops.

Just stumbled across this as well and has my interest level high. Especially when you look at the specs. 3v with ported heads hot rod cams and supercharged making 748hp on the engine dyno.

I would advise buying an assembled shotblock from a reputable dealer. Just ordered mine from MPR. Tim Eichorn is known for assembling engines for high hp applications. I would give him a call if you are serious
