Yeah but it's worth it to create what you want - especially when it's not very common. I know plenty of people have this grille but in the total realm of Stang owners, they're few and far in between.
If I wasn't doing this, I'd probably get a black billet like yours (minus the fogs) or chrome and then turn it black chrome. One reason I didn't is that those grilles are designed to sit flush with the front end. I like this grill because it sits back inside, like the '60s grilles did and the recess creates a sort of "mouth". That's just me being super particular but a lot of my design choices are influenced by that era.
