What do I do?!

I've replaced my alternator and my battery twice in my 06 gt. But the notorious check charging system light is turning on and off. I've had my alternator tested and it's putting out the right amount of power to the battery and my battery holds a charge. I'm thinking it could be. Stuck code but then again I'd like to get some second opinions.

I'd look to the aftermarket for a solution for this. Seems a lot of people have trouble with the stock alternators.

Since the internals of the remanufactured alternator weren't produced by ford, the computer doesn't recognize the signals the alternator is sending it. So everything is fine, I'm just going to have to deal with an annoying charging system light for a while.

I have the same problem but it only comes on once in a while now. I think it could be a lose wire on the alternator. My guess
