Oh no another exhaust thread!

Alright guys I was able to pull the trigger on the jba long tubes with an or h pipe today (thanks again Alex). I have done a lot of reading trying to figure out what to do about my outlaws. I really do love them and want to keep them without making small children and elderly people cry when it starts up. I think the answer to this is welding in some bullet type mufflers.

So the question is what is your guys' opinions/reccomendations on this idea. Also I have read of people doing it right before the over axle pipe and also people doing it on the over axle pipe. What are the reccomendations on that? And finally I am aware of the pypes m-80s... what else should I consider for bullet style mufflers.
And once again thanks to Alex and American Muscle for being so helpful.

Keep it that way I have SLP axle backs it super loud but I love. If it gets too annoying then put some m-80s on

Hey Nate-Awesome again! Thanks so much for your business and support!

I "hear" you on not waking the dead and making the elderly and children cry I was straight piped for about 2 weeks in a previous life...Man it was fun while it lasted!

If anything I would honestly take a look into a chambered axle back-There's going to a fair amount of feedback, even more so now with the LT's and H pipe-It's definitely going to snap, crackle, and pop considerably more and going with a chambered setup is going to eat some of that feedback, make it a little more livable and not get you on your neighbors bad side if you're sneaking out or coming home in the middle of the night.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help out with, I'm always around!

Alex

So one minor question. I want it to be louder than my outlaws are right now so would the headers and h pipe into this be louder? http://m.americanmuscle.com/mbrp-str...um-0509gt.html
That was my original plan but I can not find sound clips anywhere

Oh no another exhaust thread!

I have long tubes, catted x pipe and I recently changed from FRPP s mufflers to FM outlaws and I gotta say they sound awesome BUT they are way too loud when cold.

I thought I would be alright with the catted x pipe, boy I was wrong.
