Mileage and Cams

If you cam a 3v over 100,000 miles should you replace springs and rollers?
Even with the ford racing cam?

They are easier to do than they look, specially with an extra pair of hands, it will take you maybe 4 hours taking your time and double checking things, be sure to have the timing chain wedge and also have a marker in hand to mark the chain position.

At 100K I would change the valve springs.
