Hey 509 - That's a great question and I just spoke with my tuner at Bama and had said that the iTSX will not work with an aftermarket head unit. While it does function using bluetooth it's a form of transmitting data. You would need to be able to install the iTSX app which isn't supported on head units. If you have any other questions about this please feel free to shoot either AM or Bama a call and we're here to help.

It would be nice if it did. The apps supported by pioneers app radio are kinda sucky - the pioneer navigation is pretty good though, and auto EQ is nice
