Front Grille Removal

Hey guys I'm upgrading the look on my 06 Mustang Gt and I was wondering what's easier, removing the entire bumper and grille in order to replace it or using a screw driver to unclip the tabs. I'm trying to prevent scratching my bumper and don't mind removing the whole bumper. I've heard you have to be very careful not to break the clips on the bumper. Opinions?

I removed the whole bumper when I did my fog light deletes. It seemed almost impossible to get the grille to come out otherwise, without breaking the tabs so I'd just take the extra 15-20 mins and take it off that way nothing bad happens to you

You don't even need a screwdriver to take the grilles out. You can push the tabs down with your fingers & slide it out. I've done it like 3 times in the last 2 weeks as I've been trying a few different looks. Decided to take my Upper & Lower Billet Grilles in to have Powder Coated
in Black Chrome. Having my Bullit Wheels done to match.
