Supercharger questions

Ok so currently building a 5.0 block with 3 valve heads now my question is do I use a 5.0 style supercharger or a 4.6. New to the supercharger world so any help will be appreciated.

I'm assuming you bored it out to 5.0. If so you need a 3v 4.6 supercharger kit.

It's all about the smiles per gallon

You are still a 3valve so you will still use the same supercharger as you would a 4.6. If you don't mind what type of overall setup are you going with? Blower, heads, bottom end, compression, suspension etc...

I purchased a mmr 900se long block, I don't have all the specs for it now but heads are ford racing stage 3 PnP, I can't remember the bottom end and compression and I'm in the process of ordering all my suspension, so far I have ebiach lowering springs bmr adj. Lca, sr Panhard bar, and sr sway bar. Haven't ordered shocks and struts yet. And the blower I'd like to go with kb. Sitting here in japan collecting money from the DOD getting to miss my car alot

Sounds like a decent setup. 3v definitely need boost. hopefully your compression isn't too low. Blower and that mmr 900 on e85 should make some power if you go that route. You ever consider going turbo?

Proprerly sized turbos will deliver the torque you want and keep pulling throughout the entire rpm band. You may want to consider all options before you make the decision
