250 won't buy a tuner they are more like 400. You could buy some axlebacks

I could find a used one on Craigslist or something but I'd rather have a new one but I was thinking about an h pipe to give my car alittle more noise

Well you need a tune with a catless midpipe and catted midpipes are over 250 typically

Your best bet is to save up for gears and a tuner...
That's your best performance mod that's in the area of a grand...

Mods

250 is a start, save up and try and get a tuner gear combo on AM...
Personally I'd go for 4.10s if you don't travel on highways a lot...

Or if you are really itching to mod get a tune and gears can wait a bit. I don't mind my 3.55s to be honest

^ 4.10s in our cars is a force to be reckoned with, watched a 306rwhp 3V pull hard, and kept pulling on 340rwhp GTO, stock gears in the GTO but 4.10s in the 3V...
It amazed me...

If you're on the stock tune a tuner will actually net you more beef than any parts at this point I guarantee it

I only have 3.31s and don't plan on upgrading them anytime soon.

I have around 700 to spend but I'm buying alot of exterior mods and saving for gas I will most likely just get a tuner for now. Thanks guys!

Do you mind if I ask what exterior mods you are wanting?
Just out of curiosity...

Caliper covers, some engine dress up such as hood struts, the intake manifold cover, strut tower brace, and some chrome caps to go over some of the fluid things

Honestly I would not even consider touching any of those before simple performance mods

Wait until he gets his tune, I have a feeling he may have a hard time going back to cosmetic mods once he see's what his car is capable of... Haha

Excellent, those are very good starting points in appearance mods. I plan on some cosmetics for my car as well, not to worried about performance. The car is already fast, but cosmetic improvements can be made. Already have another grill, third brake light cover, CAI, tune, window louvers (waiting to be put on), and hood struts (again waiting to be put on) hated that hood stand since day one, time that bastard got off my car...
Keep us posted on the progress...
