Replaced tail lights w LEDs, but still not working right

I was getting sick and tired of my tail lights burning out just a couple weeks after replacing them so I bought some LED replacements online. After installing them, I learned they needed resistors to work properly. After then ordering resistors, now the inner lights still don't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?!?!
