Engine Removal

I have an 08 GT. I was wondering if the engine can be removed from under the car. After engine, suspension and I think sub frame. I've seen some of these car shows where the engine is removed by unbolting everything and just raising the body up. Just want to know if the 08 Mustangs be done same way.

I'm not planning on doing anything for some time. I was just wondering if it's possible for when I plan to swap out motors.

Right on. I'm sure it could come out the bottom too if you remove some subframe

Thanks for your response. I've watched a few car shows where the engine is left on the floor and they just raise the body up. They say it's easier doing it this way this is what got me to thinking of doing it this way for when I change my engine.

Ya it seems a little safer that way.
