Car vibration

I notice when I drive around the 1200-1500 rpm range in my automatic 08 gt\cs that there is a vibration around the ebrake\transmission area, it makes a little noise too and vibrates, when I'm in any other rpm range the car is fine. Anyone have any ideas of what this could be?!

I had this on time but it ended up just being some change that dropped under the console lol

if that isn't it then I would check the heat shield underneath and exhaust could be touching something to

I just got through fixing a problem like this. Turns out when I had my mid pipe installed, the mechanic moved the shift linkage of the transmission in an awkward place and he made one of the u joints off kilter as well lol. Made the worst vibration/noise I have ever heard...

There's also a tsb about the exhaust hangar for the midpipe hangar being messed up and causing buzzing and vibrations in the console/shifter/radio area
