4:10 gears

So i just had my 4:10 gears installed now they have a whining sound but only when i start to slow down there is no vibrations at all and no sound when im cruising or accelerating. I know some gears just whine no matter what is this one of does cases or where they not put on propperly?

If it has only been a few days, then you should be fine. If you plan on driving it for a few weeks or a month then maybe. They probably didn't measure the backlash correctly. If they ordered the parts for you, then that is good. However, I have seen people take their own parts in, then they get stuck buying a new kit. Because shops don't warranty "Customer Provided Equipment" or "CPE".
