Charge motion delete plugs

I have a 2010 GT I was thinking about putting in the CMDP in the intake manifold. I was wondering about anyone's experience. How difficult to install? Is it worth it?

Someone else needs to confirm this, but I think 08's and later contain an update to the intake manifolds that already have the cmdp installed...

Ok. I don't have them put in yet it still has the butterflies in the manifold. Everything I have read 09 and 10s have to use plugs not the plates. I am going to put cams in this winter and am trying to get it ready to maximize the value the cams will add. I have an air raid intake, long tube headers x pipe and borla exhaust along with a bama tuner so far for the engine.

I just had steeda cmdp's installed on my '05 yesterday, along with a dyno tune from JPC racing:

k&n cai, steeda udp's, steeda cmdp's, power steering delete short belt, frpp shorty headers/gta axle back (oem h-pipe with cats remain in place) - otherwise stock engine. Need to get it to the track to see what really changed...

Does anyone know if it is worth getting the ford racing intake manifold if I plan on staying naturally aspirated. Will I get anymore gains over the charge motion delete plugs?

09's and later have the cmdp built directly into the manifold. Just get an 08 manifold.

I have an 2008 and it has seperate cmdp w/ butterfiles......well it used to.
I installed the Steeda Billet CMPD's and also removed the no longer needed butterfly motor/linkage assembly.
