Is my alternator causing my rps to fluctuate?

So last summer I had some hot rod cams, long tube headers, under drive pulley and xpipe installed also had it dyno'd. After about a week my rpms started to fluctuate from 1000 to 500 after I pull out of my drive way and make a turn. It fluctuates while I have the clutch in till I come to a complete stop then it comes to 1000 rpms. Took it back to where I had it dyno'd and he tweaked the tune and uploaded it. That seemed to to fix the problem. In November I installed an airbag suspension in my pony (2010 GT). Car started to fluctuate in rpms again. Now that it's getting warmer it's getting worse. Is my alternator no pumping out amps to run my accessories? In turn causing my car to fluctuate? Do I need a beefier alternator? Car has died in me a couple of times. Anybody had this issue? It's driving me crazy.
