Upper Control Arms

What is the purpose of adjustable upper control arms on a lowered car? Installed FRPP springs and struts on mine, probably dropped 1.5 to 2 inches after settling.

Purpose of an adjustable UCA is to correct the pinion angle while also reducing wheel hop. LCAs are what really stop the hop. After a 1.5"-2" drop your pinion angle will be off. If you have a 1 pc drive shaft 100% needed for the pinion angle

I've always read to can adjust the pinion angle with either adjustable LCA or adjustable UCA. I believe, could be wrong, that you can get more adjustment with adjustable UCA.

Here's a good DIY: cherod.com/mustang - 1 piece drive shaft
cherod.com/mustang - LCAs
