Sometimes weight reduction and sound. If you consider all the little things like back pressure and weight, it MIGHT free up 1 pony. But you will never feel that. lol

The stock mufflers are pretty darn heavy so you will save a decent amount of weight. The guy selling them sounds like a moron though. I bet my full exhaust system added somewhere around 20-30 lol

Yea I've been told it may help the car breathe better. Do I need to buy a hanging kit with the pype bombs or do I use the stock brackets on the car? I'm literally about to buy them.

I'm putting them on myself. I'll just see how it goes and make something myself if need be I guess lol. I watched the installation video and i thought the guy used the existing hangers.

Well I figure if the hanger arms on the new exhaust are positioned different up or down the tip you'd need a kit but if that's the case I'll just cut and re-weld them since I have the tools.

I bought axlebacks a few months back and the hangers that came welded on them fit perfectly fine on mine, I got muffler delete mbrp exhaust it sounds deep and its a lot louder, I get a decent amount of compliments around town. Only thing I don't like is it does come with some drone with the muffler deletes, but it doesn't bother me to bad.

Same. I had an 08 V6 and got a Flowmasters muffler. Hangers were perfect. When I got my 2011 V6, I got Magnaflows. Again, hangers were perfect. I THEN got my 2014 V6, and again....perfect.

The vendors definitely make sure the fitment is right. Unless you are buying mufflers meant for a different model.

Oh I see. These are for my car so there shouldn't be any problem. What do you mean by drone? Not quite a rattle but kind of a metal echo sound/tone?

^ exactly. I don't understand why people want wake the dead loud outside and expect it to be dead quite inside. Something's gotta give.

I've seen a lot of ppl have a problem with a lot of drone with there exhaust I personally don't mind it at all, sometimes I prefer it especially if I got music going loud on a road trip or something, I think it's nice to hear the exhaust, soothing to my ears haha

Horse power expectations.

^ that's my car at around 1500-2000 rpms in fourth and fifth, when you push to 1/4 throttle or more. Hopefully the new axle backs will fix it.

I understand now. Yea I'm not worried about that. I didn't get a muscle car and want it louder to then worry about how loud it is inside lol. I'm more of a turn the radio off to hear my engine person.
