Rear Suspension not sitting right

I have a 2005 GT that has lowering springs. My rear driver side wheel is sitting one inch higher than the rear passenger side. I have my pan hard bar adjusted so that the axle is centered. What could cause this?

One side of the car was sitting on the bump stop. I didn't realize that for whatever reason one bump stop is low enough to have suspension travel while the other isn't. I'm planning on looking at it today to see what I can do.
