Thinking of going to 3.73s from 4.10s

I bought a boosted 05 GT that already had 4.10 gears in it. I'm considering dropping down to 3.73s. What are some opinions from the experts? Would you keep 4.10s or go 3.73s?

For a boosted gt I would even consider going 3.55

Wow, that's interesting. So both of you agree that 4.10s are overkill?

3.55 na is perfect. Tgr could help more as he is a booseted application but 4.10s with that much power just seems pointless lol

Blah blah blah blah.
Typical bull****.

I had 4.10's in my roush as well. Just like I have them in my coyote. It's all about your setup. What you plan on doing with the car. If you can plant the tires

Well the Roush Drag Paks are running in the 11s with 4.10s. So, as with everything, it depends on the set up. Fabman is running 4.10s and he's doing 10 seconds.

On my 3v I used a few different tires. From 555's 555r's and nt05's.

My coyote it's either nt05r's or M&H for drag radials.

Depends on if you want a drag radial or street tire.

There is a few good options.

But a good in between. (Still a drag radial). But does fine in rain is the 555r

I have a 2006 GT Auto rear 3.31:1 ratio. I want to install the 4.10.

Repeat AUTO, different gearing then the manual.

Thoughts? Has anyone here done it?
