Tuner probs... Anyone know??

I just bought a Diablo intune tuner w Bama tunes on it from AM and I tried to put the sport tune on the and it backed up car stock tune(I hope)and then it wouldn't load new tune or original back up tune so now my car won't work... Called AM but they just passed the buck to diablo. Very upset because now I can't drive!
Anyone have this issue?? Any help would be much appreciated. Thx!!

Really frustrated right now as my car is completely dead. I can't even put the roof up... Help would be really, really appreciated. Thx!

According to their website, it should work via a Mac. https://www.diablosport.com/products...nectivity.html

So do you get anything when try to start it? I would think you would have basic electric stuff like doors, windows, and top. If you have nothing, I would think you have a battery issue.

Guess I got the one tuner that didn't communicate w my 05 gt. I had to wrench out the ECU and send it along w the tuner back to Diablosport. I can say tho that they were very helpful in trying to fix the situation. we will see what's happens next....
