How to Fix Cracked ABS Plastic

I've had my CDC Aggressive Chin Spoiler for a little over a year and it has cracked in several places. I first attempted to use Loctite plastic epoxy to fix it, it initially bonded but quickly broke. I then purchased some ABS welding rods, however they don't seem to be bonding to the chin spoiler. Does anyone have another idea of what could possibly work? Also could I reinforce it somehow to prevent it from cracking again?

first remove from car so you can really get in there and rough up the back side with 80 grit paper .use fiberglass cloth on inside, saturated with epoxy rosin.roll all the air bubbles out and let sit for @ least 24 hrs before bothering it again.should hold i use on bumper covers and works good.i did a 96 two years for a teen and its still holding.
