Cold stang

My car has strange things it does when the weather gets colder. Seems to run shift and idle different and also a hissing when stepping on the clutch pedal. Nothing real problematic but just weird and noticeable. The most consistent is my gauges are all out of whack. Rpm gauge will show 1500 rpms lower than what it's actually running or my mph gauge will be at 0 while driving. Anyone else have any strange things happen when it's cold?

All my gauges act weird, my rpms have been stuck like an inch below zero for a couple weeks now, my oil temp gauge starts like a 1/4 of the way when I start my car so it looks like I'm over hearing, gas will sometimes stick on E when I have like a full tank, and mph sometimes will say I'm going 10 mph slower than I am
