Question GT removal & replace

I have a 2006gt and would like to put cobra emblems on in place of the gt. Will the OEM cobra cover the holes???

It should. There are two holes in line with each other. One is at the bottom of the G and the other is where the G & T meet.

GT removal & replace

I actually don't like either... When I start changing a car to my own personality I remove the emblems if possible... I'm actually looking at custom emblems just to separate mine from the others, but it's your car bro do what you like

Thats right dude. Do what you like. It would be pretty boring if we all made are cars look the same. The point in customizing is to make it your own.

I customized my car as shown below. 1000hp is real (now it is 900hp and 980trq which is quite enough for my needs) if I install a smaller pulley on Kenne Bell. In fact, the name is contraction of the first and last name of my mechanic who made the car.

Check some of these sites out as well...I have custom badges on my GT fenders and didn't pay too terribly much for them.

I had it made in Moscow however the quality of the emblem is not perfect. UnrealSVT gave a number of links where customs emblems are made (special thanks to him for that). Perhaps I shall contact billetbadges and ask them to make a better one

Ditto! Don't badge it with what it is not. Either keep the real badges, or just de-badge. It would be just like a Chinese nock-off when you add shelby badges.

Don't do it!

The fact is that very little left of what it was Shelby GT500. Suspension, brakes, blower, gearbox, intercooler heat exchanger and many other things, even the hood were changed. This was the reason why I named it differently.
