New block

I picked up a 2007 gt awhile back, pro charged i missed forth and hit the limiter a week later the engine went, since then i got a forged block from MMR and also dropping some cams in, now on to my question do i have to retune the car now? Or do i run the same tune i had on to begin with? And also can i do a start up? Or AAA it to my tuner and have them take it from there?

Thanks in advance
