Broken Suspension Component?

Well guys I recently got my car out of the garage and started commuting to work with it. I noticed it seemed hard to steer and kind of all over the place but I chalked it up to me being used to my wife's Audi. A bit of a steering wheel wobble also. Well driving home at 3 am I was coming up a hill and out of no where it made this popping and grinding noise. From what I could tell it came from the front right. Pulled over to look at it and I didn't notice anything obvious. Continued driving and it happened about two more times in the 20 miles to home. Not sure how to explain it but I can hear the noise rotate with what seems like the wheel..

Does anybody have any ideas at all?

Wow hard one to guess at but sounds like you need to get to a shop ASAP if you don't do your own work! Kind of sounds like a wheel bearing or the brake caliper may be loose, tie rod ends would not make a grinding noise while driving but would affect the steering.

I have suspected my wheel bearing was going for awhile now. I wasn't sure if it would make an intermittent noise like thay
