Kill switch

Anyone running a kill switch in their car? What would I need? Are there any creative locations where I can place the switch that's not predictable ?

No ones gonna give out there hiding spots.
Saw these on other sites...
One set up where you have to "hold the cigarette lighter down then push the ac button".
Another one set up where you have to "press the defroster button and wait a certain amount of time before you crank the motor.

EDIT: Would you be doing it on a fuel shut off or what?

I've heard you can do the fuel pump or the alternator. Which one is best? I've also seen some that require two switches in order to turn on the car

best to cut starter circuit...if it fails while driving it can get ugly. the other hint I'll give is to decide between maintained or momentary switch. the momentary switch will arm itself while the maintained can be used when you bring it in for service.

Just to make sure I understand this completely. So the momentary would hold so long as car is running and would default to the armed mode when engine shuts off?
