Head Question ???

I have an 08 GT 3-Valve 4.6L. I was told by a dealer service center my Heads need to be replaced & the rest of the motor rebuilt. The previous owner never changed or even added oil & according to the dealer it caused the Oil Squirt Tubes in the Heads to wear holes in the lines; making the car not have the correct oil pressure. I have no idea if they're telling the truth or not. Do these heads really even have Oil Squirt Lines ?
Never the less I was looking on Ebay for Heads & some of the Ads say 99-10 Heads fit the 08 GT. I'm confused....How can that be if 99-04 Heads are 2-Valve & I think they're SOHC (not sure).
Another Ad says 5.4 3-Valve Heads from a Lincoln Navigator fit. So how do 5.4 Heads fit a 4.6 ? Is the Block the same?
I'm also wondering what a good (not the very best) set of after market / performance heads would be for this car. Preferably something for around $1500. I'm not wanting the Cams, Springs or Rockers as I want to do Ford Racing Hot Rod Cams with upgraded springs & Roller Rockers.
I'm about ready to start buying performance parts for this car but I'm not sure about anything when it comes to newer motors. I've only worked on push rod motors in the past. So I just want to buy all the parts & take it to a shop to build for me. Are there Trick Flow, Twisted Wedge or other Heads like this available for my car?
So....Any info on Heads & other Performance mods available for the 08 GT would sure be nice. Would love to get as many ideas as possible from you guys on how to build this motor.
I already have 3.73 Gears, K&N CAI, X-Pipe, Hi-Flow Cats....Just need Headers there.
Not really looking for Super Charger, Turbo's or Nitrous as of yet. Want to build the rest of the motor 1st with the intentions of Super Charging it later.

In the summit magazine there's 3v heads. Total engine air flow is the name of heads. There 1799 for each side.
