Hesitation problem

Hi everyone...my first post....I have a 2006 Mustang gt with AIR AID CAI....BBK 62mm....BBK Longtubes and Catless X-pipe and Slp loudmouths...and BAMA Tune...

Question is...my motor once it gets hot and I tap the gas pedal it begins to hesitate and skip... (FORD told me I need a new motor) so I had my motor completely rebuilt...installed the motor cranks right up just like before...but once hot same thing happens...

Ive replaced the MAF last night...ran fine for a little while...turned it off let it cool and do some wiring harness work... started it back up...backed up the driveway and boom...same thing

ONCE HOT IT STUMBLES AND HESITATES like its starving for AIR or FUEL.....ANY SUGGESTIONS would be greatly appreciated ... I haven't driven my car in 7 months....thanks

This is kind of tough to read. You had a slight hesitation issue which could be a few different easy fixes and you rebuilt your engine?? Did you contact bama and datalog your tune at all?

Hesitation problem

Did you contact Bama when you were told your engine needs rebuilding? Sounds like that dealership screwed you bad.

I would datalog but first would do fuel filter and clean the intake and maf.
I would think air/fuel problem. Also sounds like the fuel pump air bubbles problem, but that's usually after a long drive.

I'm not going to assume anything here. Get your car to a high end custom tuning shop with a dyno and let them investigate the problem. The tuning process will show where the problem originates from so it can be dealt properly. Don't try to second guess this situation. If you do you will be spending good money after bad!
