Car jerks when letting off gas

Hey guys was hoping for some advice. I just bought my first mustang an 06 GT Premium with 90k miles. Love everything about the car except when I let off the gas after accelerating the back seems to drop. Is this Normal? Also the high beams seem not to work at all which is strange but hopefully an easy fix.

Most recent tune up?
Did you check to see if the bulbs are toast?

Havent had a chance to check the bulbs and according to the seller they a did a complete tune up not too long ago.(But you know how that goes). Just alarmed it may be something serious with the tranny or something. Although the engine and tranny shift and run really nice, a lot of power.

Maybe emergency brake dragging, not releasing fully? The original emergency brake cables had a defect and they get water in them and rot or freeze in the winter.
That would make the rear drop when you let off on the gas.

Have any engine codes? Or any engine mods? There's just so much to look out for...

I remember when I first got my GT and it had that restrictive stock airbox, the car would become jerky at high rpm because it just couldn't suck in enough air through the factory intake. I put in a small cheap aftermarket cai (I didn't even have a tune at the time) and the car breathed so much easier at higher rpms.

But it could be anything though...

Ya I know it has some after market mods...like air filter and I know the tune it has is ridiculous...which I guess is good lol Except for waking the neighbors haha. No codes at all just had it looked at myself.....I mean it FEELS like the car is just so charged up when I hit the gas the entire car raises up so when I let off the opposite happens....I dunno
