flowmasters, R these worth buying

I'm being offered these Flowmasters axlebacks. they are used, but not sure for how long. how much should I offer? they are asking $325.

Hmm, Flowmaster American Thunder Axle-Back exhaust system start at $430.00 for the 60 series. I would offer $250 if you really want them and see how bad they want to get rid of them.

thanks. I also have a concern about the different tips installed on them. why would someone do that?

My Flow Masters didn't come with tips, added 4 inch tips at the time of the installation. I also didn't get the American Thunder, too loud and can cause a lot of drone between 1800 and 2000 RPM.

What model of Flowmaster mufflers are they? I can't tell by appearance nor read the text.

It's the same principle as putting new wheels on your car. While it's not a necessary requirement, it completes the look.

Well if those are Flowmaster street mufflers, not one of their Axle Back kits, they are significantly cheaper than the asking price... They run about $85 bucks a piece... Check out the Street Muffler side of their website: Flowmaster Street Mufflers. .

I put straight pipes on my 06 GT, and they sound awesome, I don't know your state laws zero but it's been about a year and I've had no trouble with the police, just a thought, cats only sound great when you stomp it........,😂
