Roush Supercharger Phase 1

Has anybody seen or have dyno sheets for a 2005-10 4.6l Mustang GT in stock form and then after a Phase 1 Roush supercharger has been installed? Interested in adding this to my Stang. It seems from other items I have read that with the Roush calibration, which comes with purchase, as a good place to start I could see real world HP gains of at least 150HP at the crank which depending on who you believe will be about 100-110hp at the wheels.

Can't help on the Roush but with my Kenne Bell 2.4 L on my '05 we had to de-tune it for engine life. With a stock bottom end 400 to 425 at the wheels was recommended by my tuner, tuned mine to 400 at the wheels. Yes I would like more but changing the crank and rods is not in the budget! Best run was 12.40 in the 1/4. Great fun to drive on the street. I don't remember exactly but stock it was ~ 275 at the wheels. Hope this helps a little.

I have a M90 on my 07 and we tuned mine extremely conservative at 391 rwhp. My mods are in my signature if this helps you any. I'm actually headed back to the shop next week for a couple things and I talked to the tuner and asked if we could bump it up to 405 or so at the wheels and he said "easily". 3valves have to be extremely careful at the 500 to the fly mark

Update, I know its an older thread but if it helps any we bumped up my numbers to 415whp/375tq while still being a mild tune. Wen I took the car back to the shop as I said above we found an error in the last reading and they actually tuned the car too rich. After "leaning" on it a little we easily bumped it up to the 415 mark. I do want to say though, if you have the funds, the KB or any pro charger would be more efficient then my set up. My S/C'er is pretty small and therefore heat soaks very easily, to combat that I installed a Killer Chiller cooling system and actually blocked off my H/E completely. My blower is running on almost 6lbs with 8 being absolute most you can push while a KB and pro charger are just waking up at 6lbs and actually need to be tuned down. Hope this helps

Roush Supercharger Phase 1

The P-51 dynos at 420rwhp. 510 at the crank with a lower compression of 8.5:1. Think it makes 11-12lbs of boost stock. A lot more efficient in stock form that an upgraded M90. Wish my 427R had it from the factory instead of the M90.

I forgot to add the KB is pullied for 10 PSI of boost, and has a water cooled intercooler.
