low idle, running rich

So I have a 2008 Mustang GT. Just put on some BBK shorty headers, well that's when I noticed the issue. And I am having an issue with my car idling around 500rpms and running rich. I'm getting codes p2195, p2196 and p2198 according to my SCT scanner. I'm looking for some ideas on what to look for to fix this. Can a vacuum leak cause a car to run rich? I also just installed a new MAF Sensor to ensure my old one wasn't going out.
