Raxiom headunit

Anyone have the raxiom head unit and have any problems with it? I'm debuting to go with the factory look or just going ahead getting a pioneer screen.

Raxiom headunit

I WAS going to order the Raxiom radio...
THEN I read the reviews on here & elsewhere.
NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. (overheating, blank screen, not connecting, poor reception, NO support from Raxiom, etc., etc.)

(& I ordered the Raxiom sequential taillight harness for my 2006--
NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. (they flicker sometimes, work fine sometimes)
I don't recommend anything by them.
Seems to be very cheap junk.

I also would not recommend their products. I purchased the LED map lights and they flicker a lot. I would not spend excess amounts of money on their products given the large number of quality issues on this site.

AM support seems to help when there on here or Facebook but just calling the help desk at AM people don't seem to get very far as far as resolving their problems.

Oh wow. Seems like a lot of people has been doubting AM lately. I have the Raxiom new gen tails on my 08 and haven't had any problems yet. Hopefully I have a good set. Almost bought the LEDs but superbrightleds are a lot cheaper. And was on the fence about the Raxiom headlights.

I have had the Raxiom headunit (camera, bluetooth, etc.) in my 2007 GT for about a year. A few times last winter, it would get "confused" and the screen would freeze but it has not done this in a long time and other than that, I love it. It's really expensive though, as you probably already know. Unless you really want the factory look (like I do), you can get a better unit for cheaper.

I have had 2 sets of the Raxiom taillights (first, coyote and now Vectors) and they both work great.

In about the last year, AM had done a total 180.

I was thinking about getting the Raxiom radio & camera...
&, to be fair, it IS a new product with a lot of components...
so, i can anticipate bugs.
But $800 for a radio for a 10 year old car that doesn't work, i can't afford haha

Raxiom head unit is complete trash. Get the new pioneer NEX units. They are AMAZING and they have Apple CarPlay and Adroid auto built in them!
