The different models have a different backspacing and offset.

Specs are exactly the same. If you like the wheels, go for it.

That makes no mention of backspacing, which IS different. The measurement for wheel backspacing is the distance, in inches, between the inside of the wheel, or brake side, to the hub mounting surface. Backspacing of a wheel is significant because it will tell you the clearance of a given wheel and how much it will stick out from your fender.

For example, if you put an SN95 wheel on an S197 it will stick out from the fender and may even rub due to different backspacing. And vice versa, because an S197 wheel will look skinny on an SN95 due to the fact it will sink further in.

Yep. I suspect that's because backspacing tends to vary by wheel size and manufacturer. But the OP is asking if they will fit, and all the evidence I've seen says they will.

Depending upon who you ask, there may be a difference of 15mm or so, kicking the wheels out a little more than half an inch. If you're running close to stock size tires, I don't see that causing a fitment issue. The S197s I've seen wearing SN95 shoes have had what looked to me like a pretty good stance. But if the OP has access to the wheels and likes the style and price, it would be a good idea to try them out before closing the deal.

That's why I said they would fit but look terrible. And the specs are not exactly the same is all I'm saying. Yes they will fit.
