Fluctuating cold start up

When I turn my 2005 mustang gt on in the morning or whenever, the rpm shoots to 2000rpm like normal but then when it tries to idle lower like it should, it moves back up to 2k(or higher if its cold in the morning). but after that it finally goes down to normal idle rpms. This started happening when shorty after I cleaned my air filter on my JLT cai. I think I might have re-oiled the filter too much but idk. any ideas? heres a link to the video https://youtu.be/pNcCQ4r7lmQ

Probably did over oil it, it really should only be like a misting of oil when you re do it, it should barely be damp.
Just go to an auto parts store, get a can of MAF cleaner, take the MAF out and spray it down, and you should be ok.

If doing what Voltwings suggested does not work, it may just take time for your computer to recalibrate the difference between a clean and a dirty air filter. So, doing nothing could be the solution.

Update: It still does the same thing even after I cleaned the MAF and waited it out
