Automatic-to stick

So i have a question. how big a change is it go take a car from an automatic to a stick and how much does anyone think it would cost. Its somthing i have seriously considered in last 6 months but dont know if its worth the money.

unfortnetly when i bought my car i knew NOTHING about cars so not that i realize the things you can do with a stick (like my friend freaken did a 180 from stand still in his s3000 honda) i want to have that privilage as well!

Re: Automatic-to stick

Not worth it man, especially not in a new car....buy another one identical in a 5 speed and start swapping parts. It will not only be cheaper but less of a headache.

Re: Automatic-to stick

you will come up much cheaper to sell it and buy a manual... not only is it very expensive but you ruin the resale of the car.

yah actually about 10 of it on apperence. dont know man, still thinking about it. id have to tally up the numbers..

thing is to mean it seems like another 15 grand or close to it. problem is that when you do somthing like that you got to pay for it. if you buy a car you can make payments.

i know what you mean though dadant, i have thought about this alot. there was a point where i said i would NEVER sell my car. im saying i will but me and the miss's try to take it one day at a time. well see where life leads us. one way or another its gotta lead us to more horse power lol
