What is this 1970 Mustang worth?

302 V-8, 2 BARREL, AUTO, SONY XPLOD AM/FM/CD, AND JUST PUT BRAND NEW 50 SERIES TIRES ON REAR! CAN BE DRIVEN ANYWHERE. RUNS FINE AND LOOKS AWESOME.

If it were for sale what might you or someone you know expect to pay for it? Thanks, and thanx for the forum welcome.

More pics in album.

welcome :thumbs2:

Well to me, with a car like that (looks great btw), I'd base the price off its condition, how much of it's still original or was it a complete resto...if so, was it done correctly and completely, or is it 80% done. What is the mileage on the engine/tranny/body, original miles, etc. I'm sure the interior is a big consideration too.

It looks decent in those pics, but I would have to see it in person to really give an accurate assessment. A lot could be hidden in those tiny pics. Plus I'd need to see under the hood, under the body, inside the car, etc.

Assuming everything checked out that we can't see in pictures, and the car gets a middle of the road fair rating...You'd be looking at around $6000 according to some antique car pricing sites. If the car was immaculate show room condition, which this one is not, you'd be looking at around $14k.

On a scale of 1-5, as long as the car was in 3-4 range you would be looking at 6500-9600. You will take a bit of a hit though with that "sound system" in there. If it were a hidden system that maintained the stock interior appearance, then you'd be ok. But I'm guessing you didn't do that?

However, if I were a buyer, based on those pics and not seeing it in person, I would probably offer you about $4k for it and be willing to negotiate to a max of around $5k.

If it's in good condition, than it's definitely worth it. Older cars can be worth so much more than that. I love the '67 personally. Lol. Gas usage, that probably all depends on how you drive it. But either way, it won't be as great as newer cars bc they didn't have the same standards than.
