Can't find the squeeking! 65 Mustang w/swapped out V8

It's driving me crazy, wife & kids don't like driving w/me...embarressed by the squeeking! 302 V8 inplace of I6, thought it was the I6 worn out suspension...replaced all front end rubber w/new poly & parts (from a-arms to shocks)...new front disc brake kits & new 15" wheels, thought the 14" wire wheels weren't helping the situation. AND, it's only coming from the rightside of the car...sounds & vibrates like loose bolts while driving, but check after check, nothing loose. Please someone out there knows where I can look to fix this without paying top dollar for a mechanic to look at it.

Thanks for the suggestion oaktonarcher...the only problem is I haven't installed a radio yet. It's on the list among all the other upgrade wishes.

It sounds like it is only when in motion right? Can you get some frends to push you down the road with the engine off so you can get up close to it and try to locate where it is coming from? Just a thought Kind of getto trouble shooting but some times when you can't find it when it's on the rack you have to get creative. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestion spuds, but it's really funny, now that the weather has warmed up, the squeeking is gone! I've been told that the new poly-bushings can squeek a while, but it was only one side...weird.

That is great. I am jealous squeak or no squeak that yours is a driver. Mine 71 has been reduced to a rolling chassis at this point. But this year that should change.

you didn't mention if you upgraded to complete and necessary V8 suspension front and rear springs for the extra load. Also the driveline alignment. I6 not designed for V8 load as you probably know and the higher rate suspension is necessary.
